They are cousins and 10 years ago they both made decision to leave their plush investment banking positions and transitioned to unloading trucks, packing products for shipment and driving a forklift. from being Investment bankers, Ben worked at Jefferies, a global investment bank and Sam worked at Morgan Stanley, another global investment bank and decided to leave their plush offices and in essence start doing manual labor. They each shared about unloading the first shipment of products and learning how to drive a forklift.
